- Valid Blasting Certificate (KIM / KJL II) preferred
- Proficient in blast modeling simulation software
Drilling & Blasting Site Supervisor
Supervise bench-level drilling and blasting operations, mechanical stemming loading with Evara devices, blast exclusion zone sterilization, and safe shot execution.
- Diploma / B.Sc. Mining or Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 3 years pit-level coal/mineral experience
- Valid POP Minerba Certification
- Proven field leadership & K3 enforcement
